Acro Level 5/6 Term 3

Service Description

Acro dance is a combination of gymnastics and dancing. The prerequisites for acro level 4 (unless given special permission by teacher) are: - Forwards roll - Cartwheel - Bridge - Back to bridge from standing - One handed cartwheel - Bridge walking - Front and back walkovers - Two of right, left or centre splits - Roundoffs - Back handsprings or aerials (or starting to work on advanced tumbling work)
